Which assets are supported?
TRON: TRX, USDT, USDC, USDD. Ethereum mainnet: ETH, WETH, USDT, USDC, DAI. The two networks can be swapped either way.
How are fees calculated?
The receive amount already deducts the service fee and a fixed network fee. The rate panel shows the current fee and this quote.
When does a payment arrive?
Each order gets its own pay address. Send the exact amount there. Until the deadline the page checks the chain every 10 seconds. After it arrives, the desk pays from the reserve address.
How do I look up an order?
Keep the order number. You can open one later to see payment, reserve status, and the payout hash.
Why can’t I create another order?
Each IP can create at most 5 unpaid orders per day. Over the limit, the page says: Creating unpaid orders has been locked. Paid orders do not use this quota.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Do not send another payment to the old order. Give the transaction hash to the desk and it will be handled from the amount that actually arrived.
How do I message an order?
Open the order page to leave a message. Each message can be up to 200 characters. You cannot send another until support replies.
